Built in the 1830s as part of a Baroness’s estate, “The Baronesa” is a privately owned multi-unit building lovingly restored by its owners.
Located in the charming neighborhood of Graça, the property boasts a lush shared courtyard where you can unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. The iconic Tram 28 stops right outside the front door, and you’re just a short 10-15 minute walk to the Alfama district, the riverfront and several train stations.
Graça is situated at the top of one of Lisbon’s seven hills guaranteeing stunning sunset views overlooking nearby São Jorge Castle.

At this time, our tours are not geared for children under 18.
Please contact us to discuss your needs. The Baroness is a 19th-century building with no elevator. All rooms are accessible by 1-2 flights of stairs.
We can provide refunds up to 60 days from the start of your trip. After that time, no refunds are available. We strongly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover any last-minute travel changes (World Nomads is one we've used and recommend).
Although your guide does speak conversational Spanish and Portuguese, currently the tour is only offered in English.
